Pick 12 exercises from the list below.
Perform each exercise for 1 minute. (Take rests as needed)
Write the number of the exercises you do on the log (Screenshot and write on, or put on notebook paper, or pick up hard copy at the gym)
Turn in your log (screenshot or hard copy) to us by December 13th.
Winner will be drawn at our FITmas celebration, on December 14th.
Gym Workouts.
More than anything we WANT you to work out at the gym. We WANT you to be comfortable with all the equipment in the gym…not just cardio machines. We WANT to support you in your knowledge of gym equipment and different exercises to expand your fitness routine. Doing the same thing gets boring (for most people, anyways). Boredom = quitting. Some of these may be pretty basic, but we are hoping we can teach everyone something new with these videos.
Try these out if:
you are looking for a variety of new exercises to add to your routine
you are just beginning and want a clear plan/understanding for using equipment you might be unfamiliar with
you want to take the guesswork out of it, and just have someone tell you exactly what to do.
Home Workouts.
We realize that even though our gym is open 24/7, it’s not always easy to walk through the doors. Although we want you to get to the point where you overcome the difficulty of showing up (whatever it may be), we’d love to meet you in the middle until then!
These workouts are designed to be quick and simple. There is a 1:30 rest built in between sets, but feel free to cut that rest way down…or even out completely to amp up the cardio. Push yourself in these. Use what you have at home, or come and rent dumbells and/or bands from us at the gym. We offer equipment rentals for a week or month at a time!
