How it Began…

We opened in 2015, with only a love for fitness in our back pockets…not much else.

After (Zach) being in the fitness industry for a decade, Zach decided that it was time to create a space that was accesible to anyone, at anytime! The only 24 hour facility in our area had just closed at the time, so it was the perfect time to JUMP!

We scoured the state for all of our used equipment, got the cheapest equipment we could find, picked it up and moved it ourselves (with lots of help from a few friends and family). We started with 21 PEICES OF EQUIPMENT, and now we have 60!!!

All of our equipment is well loved and worn. Yes, it’s taped. Yes, some if it is falling apart. No, it doesn’t all match. That doesn’t mean neglect. Instead it means that MANY, MANY, people before you have tried to take control of their health, just like you are. One busted up bench at a time.

For the first 2-3 years, Zach was there over 13-14 hours, 7 days a week. It was exciting, exhausting, frustrating, and time consuming. But we were completely dedicated to the success of the gym.

How it Changed…

We want health to be a family affair. When Hank came along we wanted to make sure he saw his parents making health a priority. He sees his daddy have the dedication to workout/work at the farm 7 days a week. He sees his mommy be as active as possible, even if that’s not always at the gym, and have energy to play with him whenever he asks.

As he’s grown up in the gym, it’s become a place he loves to go! He likes to ask us if we’ve done “work” today and if we are going to do the “countdown thing” (interval training). He talks to everyone he sees, and if you’ve been at the gym while he’s around, then you’ve probably heard all about his Dino’s, his dogs, or the hotel transylvania game.

We want you to encourage your family to join you! We save tablet time for the gym, and it helps! He sits still *mostly* but also joins us in our workouts too. Don’t be afraid to bring the whole family to the gym! As long as they are with you, and being safe, all ages are welcome and we encourage your entire family to get on the move!

Where We Are Now…

Over time, and out of necessity (financially speaking), we’ve shifted our self-employment to other things that provide for our family. On top of the gym business, Zach runs a full time logging and farming business. Brittney just finished her 13th year of teaching, and is leaving education to open her own “Play-School”.

We’ll Keep Growing…

From the beginning we have always believed in doing things that we love, and not doing anything just for a pay check.

Over the years we’ve tried and failed at a lot of things in business: social media mishaps, bad business deals, promos/incentives. But all of those things have helped us grow and taught us how to survive as small business owners for almost a decade!

Just like with your fitness journey, you have to try and fail to IMPROVE.
